CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit & Cancellation Policy – Modesto Cuts To secure a reservation for any chemical service, a deposit of $50 or more is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Deposit should be paid within 3h after reservation made or the system with automatic cancel the appointment. Contact the salon if you wan t to extend the time. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • Guests may cancel their appointment up to 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of their deposit. • Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable; however, the deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to show up will result in a forfeited deposit, unless an emergency can be verified. Appointment will be canceled if client are more than 15minute late for chemicals services appointment and 5minute late for haircut appointment.
